EXPERIENCE IS KEY

Licensing of Home Inspectors is not required in Missouri. In fact 21 of our 50 states do not require any specific level of education or experience. Our customers and our referral sources bear the burden of vetting the home inspectors they choose to work with. Not every inspector with a business card or Google listing has the same experience, education, certifications, affiliations or reputation. We encourage and invite you to do your due diligence before selecting your home inspector.

Jack earned his CMI® designation by his ability to prove a combined number of inspections, experience and education totaling well over 1000 hours. He provided nearly 2000 inspections in Denver Metro Colorado between 2007-2016 and so far he has served nearly 700 clients here in beautiful Como since 2020.
As of 2023 Jack has completed 107 continuing education units in classes specifically pertaining to residential and commercial inspection.
